We teach all levels of pole fitness at Trixters from beginners right through to instructor level. Classes are very small with 10 people maximum to a class.
Due to limited availability all evening pole & aerial fitness lesson's need to be paid for 1 class in advance. Please be aware that Trixters Pole & Aerial Fitness operates on a first come first served basis and requires 24 hours cancellation notice to rearrange or request funds back.
Never done pole or aerial fitness before?? Then here's what to expect from your first lesson at Trixters!
Firstly uniform! All you will need is a pair of shorts a T-shirt and strictly NO MOISTURIZER! or you will end up a sticky heap on the floor, which will of course be fun but not productive and you will also make the pole dangerous for other more advanced students to use.
You will begin the lesson by learning basic pole conditioning techniques, which will help build upper body strength and will also give you a better understanding of grip. You will learn basic spins, transitions and depending on your strength you may even do your first pole pose!

£30 for students
£50 for Instructors
Advanced 3 hour pole workshop focuses on spins, tricks, combo's, drops, flips, strength & flexibility training....£35 per person plus travel expenses.
